The original version of this song, which is quite annoying in its own right, doesn't actually feature a truck driver's gear change. But in Westlife's world which is a world of their own no track is complete if it stays in the same key all the way through.
And if you're going to change gear, you've got to do it in style: in this instance there appears to be a rocket taking off in the background as the big moment arrives, which brings an air of vague excitement in an otherwise totally bland offering. Straight afterwards, though, the chorus returns with an even more Neanderthal thumping-on-the-table beat.
