I know, I know: this is a rather tenuous inclusion, and you have to listen quite carefully to the double bass to notice that it cranks the song up a gear twice. Not a truck driver's gear change in the "classical" sense, perhaps, but given this seems to be one of the earliest known examples, it's only fair to expect a little uncertainty concerning the most effective way to go up a key.
I love the little "drum moments" which punctuate this song, when she sings the title word each one is slightly different.
