This banal song is puerile nonsense ("Suppose a rock's outta the question?"... "Let's get the rock outta here", etc.), but it still raises a smile. The Sheffield metallers have gone for a fairly bog-standard approach: strip it down to the vocals and drums for a chorus, then crank it all up a gear. But they've added to the effect with a "whooa" soaring upwards in the background. I'm convinced that last time I found myself at rock night in dodgy London club Gossips, this had about three huge gear changes in a row, and you can see how it would be tempting for them to go up again after another chorus. But perhaps that was either an extended version (which I don't have the energy to seek out) or just the effects of my sordid imagination.

It's always worth pointing out that co-writer (and prolific producer) Mutt Lange "the sixth Leppard" is, improbably, now married to Shania Twain.
